It's Uncanny, Isn't It? Copyright Infringement, VW? Other Companies?

I believe we were here first, Volkswagen? Is this copyright infringement?

Yes, I think I have seen this before, haven’t I?

So this video was taken down by Kia shortly after I confronted them about the strange similarities between this and my work. The commercial depicted a coffee machine charged by a Kia EV, off-grid. Was it too self-implicating re: P2P charging, Kia, or did you perhaps just realize it was gross copyright infringement? Notwithstanding this strange removal, weren’t the damages already done?

What is proxy syphoning, or sapping?

I will add to the below that when you own the platforms, reputation management is easy and more layerous©️. Oh and how do I know anything about reputation management? When I was defrauded by one such firm circa 2012, I began to learn how they tick. No, it wasn’t a google, that time, per say…

One rule about reputation management firms… they rarely work alone. Hyenas…

“One technique of ‘reputation management’ pushes bad content / opinions (content which hurts the firm’s reputation) down ‘below the fold’ by pushing irrelevant or superfluous content ‘above the fold.’

The target audience is none the wiser as the audience only sees the desirable or irrelevant content while the content which is not desirable gets pushed to the bottom of social media or search results.

Another tactic utilized by reputation management firms is to hire people (real or otherwise), voluntary or paid, to ‘like’ a post or the inverse to ‘dislike’ a post which negatively affects the firm’s reputation.

Reputation management is a big business these days, and there are firms which get paid lots of money to manage the reputation of their clients. Still other firms have in-house reputation management staff.

So the next time you see ‘bs’ content on the top supported by lots of ‘people,’ you might be witnessing a firm which is managing their reputation.

These are only a few examples of ‘reputation management.’ The reader is encouraged to explore other tactics utilized to distort the public image of a firm or firms.

For example, threatening to sue a person or persons for exercising their right to free speech is yet another tactic in the tool belt. And reputation management can also be used to harm another firm or individual’s reputation.

The reader needs only to google ‘reputation management’ to explore more tactics.

Where have you seen these and other ‘reputation management’ tactics before? Is it moral and lawful to leverage public resources or captivation to this end?”

What is vertical integration as it relates?

I mentioned before the Kia commercial which had been taken down depicting a coffee machine being powered off-grid which bore uncanny resemblance to the WeCharg video. But did Ford also copy the concept of powering homes using cars?

I first conceived of p2p charging (whole homes powered also by the car, car-to-car, etc.) in ~2016. My contracted helper at the time was told about this and other ideas. He was the kind of dude you would say something to, two minutes later a lightbulb would go off in his head “you know what would be a great idea…”. Yeah, I know, what did I tell you two minutes ago?

He soon after ghosted me and deleted messages, wonder why?..

Anyways that gentleman helped develop the J1772 standard prior, as he told me. So it follows that he, his brother, and his contracted private IP and development firm already had the plugs… just not the permission.

See this patent? It was cited by Intel, Samsung, Amazon, Privacy Labs, Inc. And it was copied by Tesla.

Hello Elon, why did the ‘Paypal Mafia’ close my account and shadow ban my other account? Where did you get the design for the Cybertruck?
